Flaggers will be on hand to direct traffic, but motorists should <br /> <br /> ~ expect some short delays. Crews will work between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday <br /> through Fri ay. The new guard rails will be installed by Wednesday <br /> afternoon, m y 31. <br /> Plans or the entire project include widening Harlow Road, adding new <br /> bike lanes nd left turn lanes at Garden Way, Mountain View, Dornock Street, <br /> and Beverly Street, installing new curbs and sidewalks, widening the overpass <br /> at I-5, and adding new sidewalks and bike paths to both the north and south <br /> ;:ides of th overpass. Work will continue on the project through the spring <br /> of 1992. <br /> The pr ject is jointly funded by the cities of Eugene and Springfield, <br /> Lane County, the State of Oregon, and the Oregon Department of <br /> Transportat'on. <br /> <br />
