Completion is scheduled for late October. <br /> Phis is the third section of 13th to be improved in the last four years. <br /> I The co tractor will begin preparation work and will set out signs on <br /> E?ugust 19; tility companies have been working in the area to mark their <br /> lines for r location since August 12. <br /> The pr ject will be completed in two phases. In Phase I, the contractor <br /> will begin ork on the north side of 13th at Washington and will move east. <br /> 1'he north 1 ne will be completely closed the length of the project. One lane <br /> c?f traffic n the south will be kept open. The north side of the <br /> intersectio s at Lawrence, Lincoln, and Olive streets will be closed, but <br /> north bound traffic will be able to turn right onto 13th Avenue into the <br /> <.;outh lane.
