We will be forwarding <br /> copies of the Plan and a status report to you early in the week. Activities <br /> planned t encourage citizen feedback include distributing public comment <br /> i'orms wit each Plan and sending notification cards to those on our mailing <br /> list. A umber of presentations already have been scheduled for interested <br /> groups an committees, and two open houses are planned in September. The <br /> i'ormal pu lic hearing process will begin in mid-October.
