If it <br /> rains, t e final paving will be delayed until the base is dry enough to <br /> ensure a complete bonding of the asphalt. <br /> Beg nning Saturday, the east side of the intersection at 13th Avenue and <br /> Willamet a will be closed to.allow the contractor to complete the <br /> reconstr ction of the east side of the intersection. A lane will remain open <br /> for sout bound traffic. East bound traffic on 13th will be able to make <br /> either r ght or left hand turns onto Willamette. , <br /> ~ On unday, Thirteenth will be completely closed the entire length of the <br /> ~ project rea to place the final layer of asphalt. All intersections in the <br /> area tha intercept 13th will be completely closed to north and south bound <br /> traffic, including the intersection at Willamette and 13th Avenue. However, <br /> both Wil amette and Charnelton between 12th and 14th Avenues will be opened <br /> to two-w y traffic.
