An informal drop-in session will run <br /> i'rom 4:00 0 8:30 p.m., with a formal presentation scheduled for 7:00 p.m. <br /> 1-he meetin will be held at Willamette High School, 1800 Echo Hollow Road, in <br /> i:he cafete i a. <br /> The city of Eugene, State of Oregon, and Lane County are planning to <br /> r•econstruc Highway 99 in two phases. Unit I from Barger Drive to Beltline <br /> is schedule for construction between April and October 1992 and includes <br /> viidening an repaving the roadway, improving traffic signals, and realigning <br /> i:he interse tion of Barger Drive and Highway 99. The Oregon Department of <br /> 1-ransportation (ODOT) will oversee this phase of the project. ODOT and Lane <br /> (:ounty will fund the full cost of the improvements. <br /> The se and phase, or Unit II, will run from Roosevelt Boulevard to <br /> Etarger Aven a and is scheduled for construction in the spring and summer of <br /> ].993.
