Streets needing repair are identified and <br /> prioriti ed through a pavement management program that rates the condition of <br /> city str ets. <br /> Ele en areas were identified for repair this year. The overlay projects <br /> will beg n Friday, August 21 and will take about 2-1/2 months to complete. <br /> Con truction will occur in the following order: 4th Ave. from 200 feet <br /> east of incoln St. to Washington St., Wilson Court from 14th Ave, to Wilson <br /> St., Wil on St. from 14th Ave. to 18th Ave., McKinley St. from 14th Ave. to <br /> 18th Ave McKinley Court from 14th Ave. to McKinley St., Almaden St. from <br /> 7th Ave. to 11th Ave., 21st Ave. from City View to 1,100 feet west, Center <br /> Way from East Amazon Dr. to Martin St., 20th Ave. from University St. to <br /> Agate St., 28th Ave. from Alder St. to University St., and the viaduct at the <br /> Coburg R ad and 6th Ave. off-ramp. <br /> Eug ne Sand and Gravel is the contractor for the $276,182 project, which <br /> is funded through gas tax receipts. There is no direct cost to adjacent <br /> ~ propert owners. <br /> more <br /> <br />
