Each employee receives a s fety pin. <br /> Progressive Award - Awarded in 5 year increments of 5, 10, 5, 20, 25 <br /> and 30 years to any regular non-exempt orker who <br /> has worked 5 years or more consecutive) without a <br /> lost time accident. Each employee has heir name <br /> engraved on a metal plate and mounted o the <br /> corresponding plaque. A framed certifi ate is <br /> given to each employee with a copy of t e certifi- <br /> cate placed in their personnel file.
