"They are our first choice based on experience in <br /> handling imilar projects, their understanding of this project, and their <br /> <br /> I~'~ ability t meet our construction schedule." <br /> TRA, which has special expertise and experience in airport design, has <br /> consulted on the project since 1980, working with Mention Hanns Hellesvig, <br /> a Eugene irm which was the project architect for the design phase.
