United Express will <br /> take delivery of eight Brasilias direct from the assembly floor <br /> during t e next two years for a price tag of more than $48 <br /> million. <br /> The Brasilia will enter routine service on March 19, with <br /> two dail non-stop round trip flights to Seattle. The flights <br /> will depart Eugene at 10:30 a.m. and 5:10 p.m. Return flights <br /> will depart Seattle at 8:10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Flight time will <br /> <br /> ~ be 55 mi utes. <br /> Craig Belmondo, president of NPA, said the Brasilia marks <br /> significant progress in the airline's aggressive expansion plans. <br /> "We believe the Brasilia will substantially enhance our <br /> competitive position in the marketplace," he said. <br /> Rec gnized as the most technologically advanced regional <br /> aircraft built today, the Brasilia combines sophisticated <br /> ~I passenger amenities with remarkable 350 mile-per-hour speed. <br /> Belmondo said that the Brasilia's flight time is comparable <br /> to commercial jets.
