"It contains
a
informati n that we think will be helpful to people in making their travel
plans."
Uto opes that the guide will also help in changing public perception
about the service provided out of Mahlon Sweet Airport. "Many people in the
Airport's service district believe that there are very few flights going out of
a
Mahlon Swe t each day. When we speak to groups or run radio or newspaper
advertisin saying there are more than 40 commercial flights departing each

i
day, peopl are very surprised," says Uto.

i
Accor ing to Uto, many of these daily flights are to regional
destinatio s, including Portland and Seattle. But 14 daily flights are also
available o other major hub cities, including Chicago, Denver, Dallas, San
Francisco, San Jose, and Los Angeles. "From these major hubs," says Uto,
"passenger can make connections to cities nearly anywhere in the United States

{ and abroad The new flight schedule lists those connections that will take you
to your fi al destination."
i
-more-
