Region 5 comprises 12 states, <br /> ~ i <br /> 'I includin Alaska and Hav~aii. <br /> Vic artin, landscape architect for Public Works facilities development <br /> ~ division, was elected second vice-president of the Council of Landscape <br /> Architectural Board (CLARB). CLARE promotes high standards of excellence for <br /> architects throughout the nation, and is composed of state board <br /> representatives. <br /> Martin has been the CLARE director for Region V, representing nine <br /> western states.
