Each company is under separate contract with the <br /> City of E gene. Eugene Sand and Gravel will overlay four streets at a cost of <br /> $72,421. Morse Bros. will overlay five streets at a cost of $73,000. <br /> <br /> i <br /> Crew from both companies will begin preparing the streets by cleaning <br /> the road urfaces and sealing cracks in the streets. When preparatory work <br /> is comple ed, an overlay of hot asphalt (300-360 degrees) will be applied. <br /> During th overlays, streets will be posted 24 hours in advance with <br /> "no-parki g" signs. Motorists can expect minor traffic delays on all streets <br /> where wor occurs.
