The Commission has <br /> selected hree major art zones that afford a first impression for visitors <br /> and trave ers to the area: the central main lobby, with a budget range to <br /> $50,000; he observation deck, with a budget range to $30,000; and the <br /> concourse with a budget range to $20,000. <br /> Arti is interested in receiving a prospectus should send a <br /> self-addr ssed, stamped envelope to the Visual Arts Commission, Public Works <br /> ( Departmen 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401.
