The last <br /> scheduled pick-up of leaves ends December 30, 1988. At that time all areas of <br /> the City ill have been picked up twice. <br /> i <br /> On Janu ry 3rd, City crews will begin an unscheduled pick-up. Unseasonably <br /> dry weath r in autumn caused a late leaf fall, making this additional pick-up <br /> ~ necessary. Citizens are urged to rake their leaves and pile them in the street <br /> ' one foot rom the curb before January 3, 1989. <br /> Removal of any leaves piled on the street after January 6th becomes the <br /> responsibility of the property owner. <br /> <br /> ~rr• <br /> <br />
