Obie; <br /> } Robert Boul on, chair of the Aviation Commission; and Orlando Hollis, chair <br /> I of the Cham er of Commerce Aviation Committee. <br /> During the ceremony, Obie will unveil the new Mahlon Sweet luggage <br /> stickers an the air-form boards that will be placed on the walls of the <br /> terminal du ing construction. Airport users will be encouraged to place <br /> flying or t avel-related quotes on the board. At the conclusion of the <br /> ceremony, t e public will be invited to write a quote on the boards or to sign <br /> their names <br /> or to sign he board. Cadets from the Mahlon Sweet Composite Squadron of the <br /> Civil Air P trol will participate in the celebration. <br /> The S2 .2 million, two-and-one-half year project is funded through a <br /> combination of local, state, and federal revenues and includes reconstruction <br /> of the park ng lot and road systems, the expansion of the terminal, air side <br /> improvement and installation of a storm and sanitary sewer system. <br /> Landsi a construction, the first phase of the project was completed in <br /> October, 19 7.
