The proposals are from <br /> Institution 1 Development Associates (I.D.A.) of Salt Lake City, Utah, and a <br /> joint propo al submitted by Flagship Properties Incorporated of Cleveland, <br /> Ohio and Av nir Development Company of Palo Alto, California. <br /> The Ri erfront Research Park Commission will be conducting interviews <br /> with the tw develo ers on Thursda June 15 at 2:00 <br /> p y, p.m. and 4:00 p.m. in <br /> the EWEB Bo rd Room, 500 East 4th Avenue. The interviews will be open to the <br /> public to o serve. <br /> i The Ri erfront Commission will then meet later in the month to make a <br /> 4recommendati n to the President of the University of Oregon and to the City <br /> Council on a preferred developer.
