The work is expected to continue through the first week in <br /> July, depe ding on the weather. To avoid rush hour traffic, the crew will <br /> begin work at 8:15 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. each day. Access to businesses on <br /> ~ West Eleve th will not be disrupted. <br /> One 1 ne of traffic will be closed at a time. To help minimize traffic <br /> delays, la a closures will be scheduled to correspond to the flow of traffic. <br /> The rew will apply a hot rubberized asphalt mixture to the joints and <br /> cracks in he street. The mixture ex ands and contracts with the avement <br /> p p <br /> and preven s water from intruding into the base of the road.
