Construction hours for work occurring outside <br /> the trave lanes is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. When work does occur in the <br /> street, c nstruction hours will be limited to 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to avoid rush <br /> hour traf ic. The X219,000 project will be completed by September 15. <br /> Duri g the project, the contractor will widen the east side of Bailey <br /> Hill Road 22 feet and will add six feet to West Eleventh. An east/west <br /> center to n lane will also be installed on Eleventh Avenue and sidewalks will <br /> be built n the north side of Eleventh Avenue and on the east side of Bailey <br /> Hill Road A sanitary and storm sewer service line will be constructed to <br /> I' serve the Bailey Hill Village shopping center, which will be completed this <br /> fall. <br /> No d tours are planned, and one lane will remain open at all times for <br /> <br /> i <br /> westbound traffic. Motorists can expect some delays. <br /> <br />
