This will complete the two-year <br /> i <br /> project, and except for cleanup, the street will be open in time for the <br /> World Veteran Games. <br /> Durin the closure this Saturday, Thirteenth Avenue traffic will be <br /> detoured onto Ferry then onto Fourteenth Avenue; Patterson traffic will be <br /> detoured o Twelfth Avenue to Ferry to Fourteenth; and Hilyard traffic will <br /> be detour d onto Fourteenth to Kincaid, then to Eleventh Avenue. <br /> Buss ess along the closed section will remain open, with parking <br /> available on adjacent streets or in the parking lots accessible from the <br /> alley to he south of Thirteenth. <br /> Work on the $715,000 project included widening Thirteenth two feet; <br /> installin turn pockets on major cross streets; replacing sidewalks, curbs, <br /> gutters, nd signals at all major intersections; building storm sewer lines <br /> along the entire length of the project; and installing an eight-inch sanitary <br /> sewer lin between Pearl and High Streets to replace a failed section of old <br /> <br />
