Construction is expected to <br /> continue hrough the week. <br /> Crew from Wildish Corvallis Construction Co. will begin on the north <br /> side of B ltline and will move south, closing one lane at a time, beginning <br /> with the utside, westbound lane. Motorists can expect some delays and are <br /> asked to void the area during the construction. <br /> Wild sh was hired by the city of Eugene to install the two pipes to help <br /> drain sto m water from the area. This is the second pipe to be installed; <br /> the first pipe was laid last week. <br /> The ew pipes will drain the storm water from the areas south of <br /> Beltline etween Beltline Road and Harlow Road and between Coburg Road and <br /> I-5. <br /> <br /> i <br /> <br />
