OBEC Consulting Engineers of <br /> Eugene, 0 egon was hired to design the bridge and drainage structures; <br /> Kelly/Str zer Associates, in association with Pavement Services, Inc., both <br /> of Portla d, Oregon will prepare the geotechnical and pavement structure <br /> designs; nd JRH Transportation Engineering of Eugene was hired to develop <br /> the geome ric and traffic design. <br /> As p rt of the study, OBEC Consulting Engineers will explore the <br /> feasibili y of several possible crossing structures and will make foundation <br /> studies, repare all needed geotechnical reports, investigate alternative <br /> structure types and related cost estimates, and prepare required permits. <br /> Their rep rt will be used to hire a contractor to construct the needed <br /> bridges d drainage structures.
