Section 9 -Payment <br /> Payment to the Contractor shall be based on four different bid items: <br /> (a) A pe unit cost for the planted willow stakes, payable upon completion of the initial <br /> planting between January 1, 2006 and March 1, 2006. The "unit price" includes the cost <br /> for furni hing and placing the live stakes, including all equipment, labor, and incidentals <br /> necessa to complete the work as specified. <br /> (b) Payment for Ash tree planting shall be paid for at the unit bid price each for tree <br /> installed and accepted, which price and payment shall constitute full compensation for <br /> furnishing all plants, cold-storage space, labor, materials, tools, equipment, water, and <br /> incidentals necessary to complete the item. <br /> (c) A lu 'p sum amount for the two-year plant establishment period. One-half the lump <br /> sum am unt will be paid one year after the initial planting (March 15, 2007), and the <br /> second alf will be paid two years after the initial planting (May 15, 2008). <br /> (d) a per unit cost for additional materials planted beyond the contract, payable upon <br /> completi n of work as described in a change order to the contract per the prices <br /> provided'in Table D on the bid form.
