Consideration: The fixed consideration which City shall pay to the Contractor for the work <br /> shall be increased by $6,400.00 due to art increase in Scope of Work and referenced on <br /> the attached proposal prepared by Greg Brokaw, Rowell Brokaw Architects, dated May 21, <br /> 2008. The amount payable by the City to the Contractor shall be changed from <br /> $309,417.00.00 to $315,817.00 <br /> 2.
