From what I think I hear y u are saying here is that is not the case. Ok, lets do the $88K transfer but we need to get a good handle on the accuracy of that fund balance spreadsheet. Please preps a me a new copy of the spreadsheet so we can review just where we are in terms of project commitments vs. fund balance. Val please make sure I get a chance to review requests for any new capital project autho izations or project budget expansions and then we can do an analysis on a case by case basis on what those m an to the fund balance. will be wanti g to do this for all capital funds.
