Developer owns certain property within the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon obligated under <br /> conditions of City's "PEPl" (Privately Engineered Public Improvement) agreements and as shown on <br /> Drawings for City PEPI Project No. 4015. <br /> 13. 'The Developer's Contractor wishes to complete and close-out the Project without the encumbrance of <br /> future-date `pavement striping and markings" effecting the; warrantee date of all Contractor's project <br /> work that has been completed on schedule, <br /> i <br /> i C. Developer has ntiaclc a request to the City for the separation of the work items identified as pavc;ruent <br /> j striping and markings from a(! the other project work that the Developer is required to complete, <br /> ~ shown on Drawings for City PEPi Project No. 4015. <br /> ~i <br /> I <br /> ' D. The City responded to the Developer's request by providing a cost esttritate of $3,858.94 for the City <br /> to provide the project pavemant striping and markings. <br /> i <br /> E. City and Developer wish to enter into this agreement to set forth the parties; understanding and <br /> obligations relating to the components of the Pavement Striping Agreement. <br /> i <br /> F.
