The work involves a "half-street" type <br /> improvement to Coun Farm Rd. at the intersection with Coburg Rd. Including paving, curb and gutter, striping, sidewalks <br /> and street lights(?). T is is the 2nd PEPI application associated with the Coburg Commercial project proposed for this <br /> site. The first was pro ect #4554 and including the extension of WW on the west side of Coburg Rd. <br /> Br~di I've copied you n this a-mail because it's my understanding that this part of County Farm Rd. has been annexed but <br /> the jurisdictional trans er has not occurred, therefore a County facility permit (or two) may be in order <br /> I've ettached the land se decision for your use and the scanned plan sheets, be advised that page 3 of 3 was not included <br /> in this submittal.
