As a privately engineered and constructed project with private financing arranged by the Owner. <br /> Owner agrees: <br /> a) to install all required pudic improvements at no cx>'st to the City; <br /> b) m pay actual City costs irx;urted for plan review and processing, irspecton, materials testing, and other <br /> engineering services, all of which will be diled and payable monthly with final payment due prior m City's <br /> final acceptance of the completed improvements. <br /> ~ c) to provide the City a bond, which includes a one-year warranty period, in an amount sufficient to Dover all ergineering and <br /> ' construction costs assoaated with completion of the required pudic improvements. <br /> d) to pay other charges and levies for public improvements, if required. Other charges may include, but are rpt lirruted to: <br /> 1) Penalty charges: in the event the Property owner fails tb make payment when due under this agreement, the Property <br /> ' owner shah be charged a penaNy in the amount of S25 or ten percent (10°k) of the past due amount, whichever is <br /> greater.
