It is the responsibility of the PWM supervisors to a-mail deficiencies to <br /> the insp ctor initiating this a-mail. It is the responsibility of the inspector to compile all <br /> deficien ies and review them with the Construction Manager prior to contacting the <br /> prime c ntractor.
