Construction Methor~ <br />Construction of the Project will be by either the more traditional "design, bid, build" method, or by <br />a "construction management/general contractor" (GMGC) approach in which the General Contractor of the <br />CMGC has th chance to participate in project design. The decision on the approach to use will be made by <br />the LTD Boat~d of Directors, with advice from the TAC. <br />B. Selection ojthe Contractor. <br />The 11,TD Board shall select the contractor. <br />C, Partnering. <br />A partnering process, that includes key design consultants, the contractor, LTD, the City, the City <br />-, of Springfield, Lane County, and ODOT, will be held soon after the contractor is hired.
