The parties to this contract do not intend to confer on any third party any rights under this <br />contract. <br />29. Bureau of Labor and Industries Fee. Pursuant to the rovisions of ORS 279.352(2) and the <br />p <br />administrative rule of the Labor Commissioner, Contractor shall: <br />29.1 The contractor shall pay a fee equal to one-tenth of one percent (0.1 percent) of the price of <br />this contract, but not 1 ss than $100 or more than $5000, regardless of the contract price. The <br />fee shall be paid on or~efore the first progress payment or 60 days from the date work first <br />began on the contract, whichever comes first.
