This fee was generated using our fee schedule in our current contract with the City of <br />Eugene. Additional work will not be performed without your prior authorisation. This proposal <br />shall remain in effect far up to 90 days following the date of issuance. <br />11-UTHORIZATION <br />Our work will be performed in accordance with this proposal and our written Contract with the City <br />of Eugene.
