This form must <br />be signe by all property owners of record. (Example: Both husband and wife if both are listed Y <br />on the L ne County Assessment and Taxation rolls.) If the property has recently been sold, a copy <br />of a reco¢ded warranty deed verifying present ownership is also required. <br />I <br />B4 ~ If the expiedited process is being used, submit a completed Property Owners Request for <br />Expedited Procedure form.
