<br />~ Septembers 2003 <br />Attn: Debbie Clark <br />Most recently you processed a check in the amount of $910 to the Lane C~lunty <br />Boundary Commission (GJ#3502) in order for us to apply for annexation of (right <br />of way for the Garden Way project. I attached the fee sheet as of August 1,'~, 2003 <br />showing the schedule of fees. After submitting the application we were toldlthat <br />because it is annexation of right of way, the charge is the smallest fee on tf~e <br />sheet which amounts to $710. <br />i <br />am requesting another check, made out to the Lane County Boundary <br />Commission, in the amount of $710.
