19.6 Derivative Work. Both Artist team and City may use Derivative Work for <br />educational, promotional, and professional purposes. <br />19.7 Acknowledgment of Artist team. City shall acknowledge Artist team as the <br />creator of the Work in any description of the Work and in the description or display of <br />any Derivative Work. <br />19.8 Acknowledgment of City. Artist team shall acknowledge City as the owner <br />of the Work in any description of the Work and in the description or display of any <br />Derivative Work. <br />20. It shall be Artist team's <br />responsibility to keep the City informed of any change in Artist team's address for notice and <br />City shall be relieved and absolved of all liability related to any provision of this Agreement <br />requiring notification of Artist team or Artist team's successors, heirs, or assigns if City <br />provides notice as provided in this Section 20. <br />21. Completeness of Agreement: Amendment. <br />21.1 Completeness. This Agreement shall supersede all prior communications, <br />representations or agreements, either oral or written, between the parties. This Agreement <br />embodies the entire Agreement of the parties as of its date of execution and there are no <br />promises, terms, conditions or obligations between the parties concerning the subject matter <br />hereof other than those contained herein. <br />21.2 Amendment and Assignment. With the exception of changes to the notification <br />address of a party made in accordance with the provision of this Agreement, this Agreement <br />shall not be amended except in writing, signed by both parties.
