Under 1.4, add: <br />1.4.1 Prepare and process Determination of Eligibility historic evaluation. <br />1.4.2 Provide as-built drawings of the existing Station and Mail Shed and provide an as <br />built plan of the Express building. <br />1.4.3 Evaluate if code will require seismic upgrade for the Station during rehabilitation <br />2.
