<br />PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br />BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, an Oregon <br />Municipal Corporation <br />AND: WBGS Architecture & Planning, PC <br />CONTRACT NO.: 2002-03809 <br />PROJECT: Eugene Multi-Modal Station -Initial Group Process <br />RECITALS <br />A. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the services described in this agreement and <br />Contractor is willing to provide such services on the terms and conditions set forth herein. <br />C. The following are attached and incorporated as a part of this contract: <br />Exhibit A - City of Eugene Standard Contract Provisions <br />Exhibit B - Schedule of Rates <br />Exhibit C - Certificate of Insurance <br />AGREEMENT <br />1. Services to be Provided. Contractor agrees to provide to City the following services ("the <br />Work"): <br />WBGS and selected consultants shall provide assistance with initial public and design- <br />group decision process including: <br />1.1 Conduct a preparation meeting with City staff <br />1.2 Prepare presentation materials and agenda <br />1.3 Attend meetings with Greyhound, Multi-Modal Station Design Committee, and North <br />End Scoping Group <br />1.4 Related tasks as requested by the Project Manager <br />1.5 Compile meeting information into useful form for area concept <br />2. Time for Completion.
