22. Environmental Matters. Contractor shall comply with and require its subcontractors to <br />comply with all applicable Federal, State and focal statutes, ordinances, orders, rules and <br />regulations relating to the protection of human health and environment, including, but not <br />limited to, the use, storage, release, spill, disposal or other handling of petroleum products <br />and other hazardous substances.
