The scope of work as I understand is as follows: <br />1. Survey and mark the boundaries of Parcel 4 shown on the map you provided, which includes <br />', the westerly portion of Tax Lot 9500. <br />2. Mark on the ground the proposed right of way for the northerly extension of Oak Street through <br />the Oregon Electric Station's parking lot. The centerline of Oak Street is to be extended north <br />with the proposed right of way lines located 25 feet left and right therefrom. <br />3. Locate the express building and train station building. <br />4. The easterly boundary line of Parcel 4 as it cuts through Tax Lot 9500 is to be the extension of <br />', the easterly proposed right of way line of Oak Street along the arc of a 75-foot radius curve to <br />the left (centerline radius of 50 feet) to intersect a line 10 feet easterly from and parallel with <br />', the east wall of the express building. <br />We propose to provide the services to complete the above work at our current time and material rates, <br />plus the $50.00 survey filing fee charged by the County Surveyor to file boundary surveys, not to <br />exceed $3550.00 (includes survey filing fee).
