AMENDMENT #Z <br />CONTRACT 2002-00302 <br />EUGENE MULTI-MODAL STATION -Survey <br />SS&W Inc. -Engineers <br />The above referenced Personal Services Contract Between Owner and Architect is amended in <br />the following manner. <br />1) Delete services to process a Partition type Land Use Application through the City of <br />Eugene Planning & Development Dept. <br />2) Update and complete "Topo" drawing computer file, which is the survey of existing site <br />conditions with proposed property boundary line. Produce stamped hard copies. Locate <br />and show utilities currently used for on the property at the Depot area.
