An estimated fee is also provided. <br />i SERVICES: <br />' To date, PBS has provided the following services during the prebid period: Attend the <br />preproposal job walk, reviewed the specifications and addenda, collected and analyzed <br />bulk material samples, and reviewed the Contractor submittals. <br />During the construction period, PBS will conduct periodic site inspection during the <br />'; hours that the Contractor is onsite to do ensure that the specifications are being followed. <br />PBS is also available to respond to emergency situation where the work area has been <br />breached.
