I don't think anything else is needed for the agreement so I would <br />like to get that done but if you want to check with Cathy Joseph about if we want a certificate for our files you can. I will use the figure of $1,000 to identify the value of the agreement, unless <br />you tell me different. Can you give me an estimated expiration date or a date you would like to review this <br />agreement? I need this information to get the agreement entered into the tracking program for contracts. <br />In addition, I don't see any insurance requirements listed in the agreement. Should there be? Their statement <br />of General Terms ~ Conditions for Prof Serv is attached.
