I will use the figure of $1,000 to identify the value of the agreement, unless you tell me different. Can you give me an estimated expiration date or a date you would like to review this agreement? I need this information to get the agreement entered into the tracking program for contracts. In addition, I don't see any insurance requirements listed in the agreement. Should there be? Their statement of General Terms & Conditions for Prof Serv is attached. If you are unsure of the answer about insurance, I can call someone who deals with this type of agreement, this is my first.
