Contract Documentsilnterpretation. This contract, together with the other documents <br />enumerated below, which are hereby incorporated by reference, forms the entire contract <br />between the parties hereto. in the event. that any provision of any component part of this <br />contract conflicts with any provisions of any other component part, the provisions of the <br />component part first enumerated below shall govern, except as otherwise specifically <br />agreed: <br />28.1. Permits from government agencies. <br />28.2. The public improvement contract. <br />28.3. Addenda to the Special Specifications. <br />28.4. Special Specifications. <br />28.5. Plans specifically applicable to the project. <br />28.6. Supplemental Standard Specifications. <br />28.7. City Amendment #14 to the Standard Specifications. <br />28.8. Standard or general drawings. <br />28.9. Standard Specifications. <br />This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State <br />of Oregon. The parties to this contract do not intend to confer on any third party any rights <br />under this contract. <br />29. Bureau of Labor and Industries Fee. Pursuant to the provisions of ORS 279.352(2) and <br />the administrative rule of the Labor Commissioner, Contractor shall: <br />29.1. The contractor shall. pay a fee equal to one-tenth of one percent (0.1 percent) of <br />the price of this contract, but not less than $100 or more than $5000, regardless of the <br />contract price. The fee shall be paid on or before the first progress payment or 60 days <br />from the date work first began on the contract, whichever comes first.
