After this time the moving <br />', contractor will relocate specific items as directed to appointed locations so to effectively organize workspaces and <br />rtiaterials to open for business in the temporary station early the next morning. This list is subject to revision based on <br />Ai~mtrak's specific needs to bring about a smooth cut-over. <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />Provide boxes and labels to Amtrak 2 or more weeks in advance so they can prepare for the move. <br />Items moved into storage container prior to cut-over time as coordinated with the Amtrak Station Manager: - <br />including the following and others as identified: <br />Boxes of data records and receipts, <br />miscellaneous office items, <br />selected furniture-and-equipment not to go into the temp station. <br />Locate in storage container as directed. Some items will need to be accessible for station staff. <br />'Items moved into temp station container prior to cut-over time as coordinated with the Project Manager: - <br />including the following and others as identified: <br />Cash machine <br />vending machines <br />banks of seats <br />. sielected file and misc. storage cabinets <br />Equipment moved into temp station shortly after 6 PM of the Kcut-over" day -including the following and <br />', others as identified: <br />', 1 station agents computer <br />1 copy machine <br />1 UP track warrant computer <br />~ UP track warrant printer <br />3 ticketing computers, <br />3 ticket printers <br />1 message printer <br />Computer networking routing equipment <br />PIDS computer <br />$A amplifier and microphone <br />Quick ticket vending machine <br />boxes of materials associated with these various pieces of equipment <br />4 desks and chairs <br />2 storage cabinets <br />i 1 table <br />2 filing cabinets <br />
