22. Environmental Matters. Contractor shall comply with and require its subcontractors to comply <br />with all applicable Federal, State and local statutes, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations relating <br />' ', to the protection of human health and environment, including, but not limited to, the use, storage, <br />release, spill, disposal or other handling of petroleum products and other hazardous substances.
