Contract Documents/Interpretation. This contract, together with the other documents <br />enumerated below, which are hereby incorporated by reference, forms the entire contract between <br />the parties hereto. In the event that any provision of any component part of this contract conflicts <br />with any provisions of any other component part, the provisions of the component part first <br />enumerated below shall govern, except as otherwise specifically agreed: <br />27.1 Permits from government agencies. <br />27.2 The public improvement contract. <br />27.3 Addenda to the Special Specifications. <br />27.4 Special Specifications. <br />27.5 Plans specifically applicable to the project. <br />27.6 Supplemental Standard Specifications. <br />~""' 27.7 City Amendment #7 to the Standard Specifications. <br />27.8 Standard or general drawings. <br />27.9 Standard Specifications. <br />This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of <br />Oregon. The parties to this contract do not intend to confer on any third party any rights under this <br />contract. <br />28. Jurisdiction and Venue. All actions relating to this contract shall be tried before the courts of the <br />State of Oregon to the exclusion of all other courts which might have jurisdiction apart from this <br />provision.
