<br /> <br /> <br />City of Eugene Contract #2004-00205 <br />MONTH-TO-MONTH AGREEMENT <br />This Month-to-Month Agreement is between BERGSUND DELANEY <br />ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING P.C. (Landlord) and THE CITY OF EUGENE <br />(Tenant). <br />Landlord and Tenant agree to the Month-to-Month agreement on the following terms: <br />1. The term of the Month-to-Month agreement shall commence July 1, 2003. <br />2. The monthly rent shall be $514.80 per month based on $1.10/sf. Area is <br />limited to the "west room" of the Express Building. <br />3. Tenant shall be responsible for paying the utilities for the leased premises. <br />City of Eugene portion is 22% (twenty two percent). <br />4. Tenant shall provide own phone service. <br />5. Correspondence, invoices and other forms of communication shall be sent to <br />Tenant at the following address: <br />City of Eugene, Facility Manager <br />c/o Emmy Jenson <br />210 Cheshire Avenue <br />Eugene, Or 97401 <br />7. In the event that Jenova Land Company (Owner of the building) changes the <br />conditions of our lease, those changes will be passed on, proportionately to <br />each tenant. <br />8.
