PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT <br />BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, an Oregon <br />Municipal Corporation <br />AND: 2G Construction <br />.CONTRACT NO.: 2006 = 03878 <br />JOB NO.: 3825 <br />PROJECT: Eugene Depot Art Base <br />RECITALS <br />(City) <br />(Contractor) <br />Contractor was the successful bidder for construction of the public improvement project <br />described in the plans and spec cations that were included in the bid documents for the project <br />and which form a part of this contract. <br />The document, between the City and the Contractor shall be deemed to incorporate all reports, <br />records, laws,',rules and orders referenced in the Contract documents. <br />This Document includes and incorporates the following Exhibits: <br />Exhibit A -City's Standard Contract Provisions <br />~- Exhibit B -Contractor's Bid/Quotation <br />Exhibit C -Certificate of Bidder/Contractor Employee Drug Testing Program <br />Exhibit D -Drawings by Pivot Architecture <br />AGREEMENT <br />1. Project. The Project is generally described as: Depot Art Base. <br />° Installatiory of concrete base for artwork located at Eugene Depot parking lot entrance. <br />2. Work to b~ Performed. Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, material and equipment for <br />and to construct the improvement listed above (the Project), according to the Bid <br />~; Document$ (the "Work"). See attached Exhibit B attached hereto, and incorporated into the <br />1 Contract. <br />3. Time of Cpmmencement and Completion. Contractor will commence the Work not later <br />than 10 da~rs after City gives its written notice to proceed, and shall complete the Work <br />within 30 calendar days. <br />'~ 4. Contract Sum. The Contract Sum is a fixed sum of $11,814.00, for performance of the <br />Work as described on the Request for Quotation. <br />5. Progress Payments/Retainage. City shall make progress payments monthly as the Work <br />progresses. Payments shall be based upon estimates of the Work completed and approved <br />~r '; by City.
