.. <br /> <br />Addendum to Exhibit A -Statement of Work and Delivery Schedule, Part 1, <br />Section D -Detailed Work Tasks, Part 2 -Description of Tasks <br />Service Package AA -Construction Engineering <br />• Provide Construction Engineering services to add the following items, as a result of a project budget <br />adjustment: <br />Upgraded the East Mail-shed wall due to the revised property line location, add baggage kiosk, trash <br />containers, stanchions, add office casework, provide mechanical grilles in the Lobby and Ticketing areas <br />with a historic character, provide additional ceramic file in the restrooms, provide higher quality ticket <br />counter finishes, provide historic roof signage and historical gutter, replace and refurbish window sills and <br />refurbish the historic eave brackets. <br />• Provide Construction Engineering services for 4 additional months of construction: <br />Project management, ODOT Compliance, Construction Admin, Weekly Meetings & Minutes, Weekly <br />visits, Submittals, Payrnent Requests, Clarifications, and RFI Modifications. <br />Service Package B -Site Master Plan <br />• Additional editing to the draft master-plan not in original scope. <br />Addendum to Exhibit A, Part 3 <br />Service Package AA -Construction Engineering <br />Provide services to add items: not to exceed $17,495.00 <br />Provide services for 4 additional months of construction: not to exceed $25,780.00 <br />Service Package B -Site Master Plan <br />Additional editing to the master-plan not to exceed $3,485.00 <br />Direct Expenses <br />Additional direct expenses for travel not to exceed $200.00 <br />Total additional services not to exceed $46,960.00 <br />Eugene Multi-modal Transit Station Amendment 1 3 of 3 <br />
