This Contract is between the City of Eugene, hereafter called City or Agency, and WBGS Architecture and <br />Planning, PC, an Oregon Professional Corporation, hereafter called Contractor or Architect. The City is not an <br />agent of the State of Oregon, but is called "Agency" hereunder to be compatible with the terminology used in <br />the federal forms required in connection with the funding for the Work described herein. City's Contract <br />Administrator for this Contract is Russell Mecredy, Project Manager, (541} 682-6024. <br />2. This is Amendment Number One. <br />3. The Contract entered into on March 1, 2002 shall be amended as follows: <br />DDOT PersonaUProfessional Services Contract, Page 1, "Effective Date and Duration": the expiration date of <br />this contract shall be extended until March 31 2005. <br />ODOT PersonalJProfessional Services Contract, Page 1, "Consideration ", and Exhibit A, Part 2 page 1 "A ": <br />the new total to be paid Contractor shall be increased by $46,960.00 for services, for a total contract not-to- <br />exceed amount of $677,155.00. <br />ODOT PersonaUProfessional Services Contract, Page 6, "Contractor Data and Certification' ; and Attachment <br />B, Part 10 "rJotices ": Change contractor contact to be Harriet Cherry, AIA, Principal. Other data is unchanged. <br />"Exhibit A, Fart 1 of 3 Statement of Work and Delivery Schedule, " shall be revised to include services as shown <br />on the "Addendum to Exhibit A, Part 1 of 3," attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />The "Addendum to Exhibit A, Part 3 "details the expenses for services and is attached hereto and by this <br />reference made a part hereof. <br />4. Except as Expressly amended above, all other terms and conditions of original contract are still in full force <br />and effect.
